Roll production can be done accordingly to these specifications:

Rolls are manufactured by using to static casting with tangential gate. The roll body is casted to permanent mould from cast iron and roll necks are moulded in natural green sand moulds.

Heavy castings for steelworks are casted to hand made foundry moulds made from natural green sand mixtures. The weight of casting can be up to 4.5 tons.

Cast billets are made with the same technique as rolls and with dimensions :

up to diameter 600 mm
square 450 mm
length 100 - 1200 mm

The rest of casting from grey cast iron and non-ferrous metal casting are made in hand-made foundry moulds from natural or self-curing mixtures. Maximum weight of grey cast iron casting is 10 tons, non-ferrous metal casting 120 tons.

Castings are cleaned manually with the use of pneumatic devices.

Machining of rolls is done according to customer desire, rolls are delivered either rough shaped or finished including milling, grinding or roll designing. On customer demand thermal treatment is offered. Working of the rest of production sortiment is done on customer agreement.

The production of all items of assortement is piece or short-run production.
